Marriott’s Blogging Featured on NBC Nightly News
Bill Marriott, Marriott International’s Chairman and CEO, was featured in an NBC Nightly News story last night on the topic of blogging. Marriott began blogging in January of 2007. View his Marriott on the Move blog here
The segment focused on the growing influence of blogs and how some larger companies are using the medium to interact with consumers. According to the report, there are now about 60 corporate blogs among the Fortune 500, including Maryland Chamber members Marriott, Clorox, Coca-Cola, Southwest Airlines, and Verizon.
